Ok, so we're working on a feature article on bullying and need to vent how totally mad it makes us to think there are some people out there who get their rocks off picking on others and generally making their life hell.

Here's a message to all you bullies out there - we feel sorry for you.Yup, if you find it fun terrorising other people then why not think about where that terrorist type of mentality can lead you????!!!!

If you get some kinda kick outta making someone else's life miserable you must be pretty miserable yourself.

If intimidating someone else makes you feel better about yourself then there are some major self-esteem issues going on.

Fact is bullying sucks. We all have the right to inhabit this earth. We all have the right to be whoever we want to be. If someone is different - they dress different, act different or just stick to themselves, those people deserve the utmost respect for the balls to be themselves rather than just being like everyone else to try to fit in.

Trust us, those unique individuals are the one's who will probably go on to great things 'cos they have their own mind and aren't afraid to use it. You, Ms or Mr Bully on the other hand, will probably end up being an abusive, unhappy a.....hole with a pretty unimpressive life history. What? You can look back on your life and count the fact that you made somone's life at school misery an achievement? Now there's something to be proud of.

So a message to bullies - back off. Change your attitude and see how much better you will feel about yourself.

Message to victims of bullies - share you frustration, anger, isolation, depresssion. YOu will be amazed at how much better you will feel if you talk to someone - could be your bestie, your family or online.
