I absolutely love Sophie Kinsella’s book so I have decided to write a short book review on her book “Confessions of a Shopaholicâ€.
Have you ever have ever maxed out a credit card, paid it off with another credit card, had bills pilling up to your neck or thought that purchasing at a two-for-one sale is like making money, this hilarious novel is definitely for you!
Becky Bloomwood is a Shopaholic. No matter what she does, she just can’t seem to stop shopping. There's just something about slipping your foot into a fabulous pair of new shoes; or finding that perfect little dress. Its so great but you've just got to know when to say when. But has anyone other than me ever purchase something useless just to get the "free" bag that comes with it?
Becky is soon embarrassed when she walks into a store, walks up to the cash register to pay, and her credit card is denied. Piles of bills are then turning up at her doorstep.
Eventually, Rebecca's out of control shopping habits and "creative" solutions to her debt attract the attention of handsome Luke Brandon. Lucky for Becky, Luke is a multimillionaire PR representative for a finance group and is very successful.
