I was hoping I could have a little advice. My best friend Abby is becoming really close with this new girl in her neighbourhood, who I believe is a bad influence on her. She has been spending more and more time with her lately and it's coming between us because I don't like spending time with her new friend. Ever since they have been hanging out Abby has started smoking and drinking when they go out together. I'm scared she won't like me soon if I don't do what they do. She says it's so fun, but I'm just scared she will think I'm boring.

Sounds like your bestie is enjoying hanging out with her new friend as she finds the things they do fun and exciting, but that novelty won't last long. I'm sure if you tell Abby that you don't like what she is doing, (whether that's drinking and smoking, or just making you feel excluded) she will listen and take it into account. She may not even be aware that this is all upsetting you, so it's best to let her know. I think you need to remember this may just be Abby's experimental stage. Don't let anyone else make you do things if you don't want to - if you yourself go through that experimental phase(which most of us do!) make sure you do stuff because you feel ready, not because of Abby (or anyone for that matter) and be sure to do it safely.
