Marzena Wax Strips for Legs and Body
The instructions were very useful because it shows step-by step methods, what to do and what not to do, with pictures too. The warnings were clear and it didn't have unnecessary information. I read through every single word so that I knew I couldn't go wrong. It all sounded very promising and trustworthy. It smelled very yummy and is all natural too!

Only downside is that I had to reapply the wax strips many times to get the hairs out because it kept missing. After a bit of frustration, I found that my skin was stickier than expected. But the next morning, my skin was very smooth. The packet says it's perfect for long or short hair but I think it might work more effectively on longer hair.

Marzena Girl Hair Removal Cream
After testing this numerous times, in the hope that I would love it, I have to say I was disappointed.

I applied a generous amount to my legs, hoping the hair-free formula would do its stuff. Sadly, the cream ran down my legs, whilst waiting the recommended several minutes as per the directions. After removing the cream, there were still clumps of hair stuck to my legs, with barely a 1/3 coming off, and when I tried to rinse the rest of the cream off, I developed a red rash that itched for the rest of the day.

The verdict: Messy, hard to use, irritated my skin.

Sugarbaby Suntanned Sweeties Illuminating Face Tint
The bottle looks fantastic and very appealing, as well as the description on it. When I squeezed it out, I was a bit concerned abut how dark it looked. But as I blended it into my skin, I realised it was barely noticeable yet the shimmer made me look healthy. It even slightly covered some of my acne scars and the dark circles under my eyes because it reflects light. It smelled absolutely delicious too. The only downside is that it was a bit messy to wash off. This is a face tint suitable for most skin types and colouring, as the results depend on how much you put on, which is entirely up to you!

Sugarbaby Suntanned Sweeties Tanning Spray
Have you ever wondered how J Lo gets her delicious bronze glow? Yep, SugarBaby's Suntanned Sweeties Tanning Spray is the answer to all your problems. The last thing a girl wants when it comes to tanning is a neon orange, runny instant-tanner complete with chunky flecks of glitter. Fortunately, SugarBaby doesn't make inferior tanning products.

This miracle product comes in a cute polka-dot box with a vintage-inspired hula girl on the front. For me, a product shouldn't just work well but should feel comfortable and smell lovely too. It has a light scent of coconut. I quickly sprayed it on and used my fingers to blend the shimmery bronze liquid in. It did not make me look orange, instead, it easily covered up scars and other imperfections whilst giving a instant golden glow.

I was pleasantly surprised when it did not make me break out when used as a bronzer. Most of the time, even if it's supposedly "hypoallergenic" or "recommended by dermatologists", many skincare products give me a huge red rash on the face - but not this one!

The verdict: For best results, SugerBaby's Suntanned Sweeties is only recommended for girls with medium to olive complexions as it's a tad too dark for pale girls. Overall, I'm very pleased with the results - best for a glamorous look rather than a natural one.

Foxy Fay Nail File
Hot, hot, hot. What better word can describe this uber-kawaii nail file? As soon as my eyes set upon this set of three nail files, I fell in love. On the front is retro-glam Fay, a self-confessed "tomboy", whose vintage flair and flirtatious smile instantly reminds me of Benefit cosmetics. Flip over and what do I see? Super-sparkly pink glitter completely coating the back - too cute and completely irresistible to girly girls like me!

Foxy Fay nail file is a great multi-tasker - it can smooth, buff and polish nails, leaving them shiny and manicured. It's also incredibly versatile because it's in a set of three, so you can share them with friends and family, not to mention it's small enough to fit into a makeup bag so you can file your nails anytime, anywhere!

The verdict: Not only does Foxy Fay nail file look and make my nails feel fabulous, it's perfect for the girl on the go who likes a quick nail-buffing. It doesn't hurt either that all the other girls are giving you envious stares!

Youngblood Mineral Foundation
There are so many companies selling mineral foundations now, it's hard to tell to which formula works the best. Youngblood Mineral Foundation is definitely one of the ones that stands out from the crowd. It's flat, compacted yet lightweight packaging also makes it great for quick touch-ups.

Without a doubt this is my number-one recommended foundation for girls with oily, blemish-prone skin. It has a matte finish providing medium-full coverage and claims to be a "concealer, foundation and powder" all in one! Putting this to the test, I went out on one of those hot, sticky days that usually tend to streak my make up and give me ugly red blotches and didn't come home until 9 hours afterwards. Amazingly, Youngblood's Mineral Foundation hadn't faded at ALL and I had a nice flushed glow - I'm not talking oily T-zone paired with tomato-red cheeks kinda glow, I mean a REAL glow, like a Victoria Secret model's glow that usually takes an army of makeup artists hours to perfect.

The verdict: This is the perfect match for beginners at make up, or if you just want a change from wearing traditional thick, creamy foundations. It feels as light as a feather on your skin whilst giving you a natural, no make-up look - perfect for school or just chillin' with your mates!

So…exciting Body Fragrance
The colour and design of the bottle is extremely appealing. If I had walked into a shop and saw that bottle, I would have tried it on. When I sprayed it on, I was worried it would be too strong. But as I walked away and carried on with my day, I felt that the light fragrance is quite perfect. It's not too girly and is very balanced; it feels very appealing and fresh.

Comments from other people quickly proved it had appealing staying power. A little bit goes a long way so it's not too over-powering. I can imagine wearing this on a night out or spraying on a little just to go shopping. This is a fragrance I would buy because it is exciting. In fact, I'm wearing it now because I'm addicted to it!

Physicians Formula Lash in a Tube
The description on the tube and packet was very professional and sounded like it was one of the best mascaras around. Its packaging was modest and straight forward, unlike many other brands that have catchy slogans and colourful packaging. I had my hopes up for this one but was a bit disappointed.

Firstly, it was hard to even get the mascara on; I had to continuously dip the brush back into the tube to retrieve more liquid. It separated my lashes, didn't clump at all but it didn't add any volume whatsoever. It smudged a little too easily and didn't deliver what was promised - making my lashes look like false lashes. The one good thing is that it is very light; it doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything on my eyes. Perhaps it is better suited to girls who already have very long, very full lashes, just to add that little bit of oomph in their look.

Caroline's rating: 2/5
RRP: $15.95
